I’ve spent the last three years leading the consumer design team at Yelp, helping shape experiences used by millions. Before that, I led product and design teams at Sun Life, CIBC, and Questrade. Earlier in my career, I founded a Toronto-based design agency that was eventually absorbed by Tucows Inc.

Across all of these roles, I’ve helped organizations use design to move faster, think more clearly, innovate and solve complex problems with purpose.
