Hello!
I’m Tony Schibono, a technology designer in the Toronto area. I’ve been learning about what it means to practice and live a DBT lifestyle. While learning about DBT, I noticed that using multiple worksheets and figuring out where to start often felt overwhelming. To simplify things, I created my own DBT Canvas, organizing all the DBT modules onto a single FigJam board.
DBT Canvas in Figjam
For those unfamiliar, FigJam is a flexible, browser-based whiteboard where you can design workspaces, brainstorm, and collaborate in real time. It turned out to be an ideal tool for structuring my DBT practice, and it’s been highly effective for me.
If you're here, you likely heard about this from Steven Morris at The Liberation Place, the talented psychotherapist who introduced me to DBT tools. I’m excited to share this DBT Canvas with you—available (for now) as a free download. (You’ll need a free FigJam account at figma.com to access it.) And if you do use it, I would love your feedback on how its working for you. You can email me at aschibono@gmail.com. I would love hear from you.
